Tuition Information
General Information
Payment plans are available for each orchestra. Information regarding these payment plans may be found on the Tuition Form on the
Forms page or enclosed in your new member packet.
New World Youth Orchestras expects each student in each orchestra to obtain at least $50 in sponsorships from individuals or businesses - many go above and beyond! These student sponsors will receive mention in each program. Click

A limited number of scholarships are available. Complete and submit the Scholarship Form to be considered for financial aid. For the Scholarship Form click here. The scholarship application is due by August 15 for consideration.
Refund Policy
Tuition will be fully refunded if the student chooses not to participate prior to the first rehearsal.
During the first semester (through December), half of the tuition may be refunded if a student cannot participate in orchestra activities due to documented medical reasons or relocation of the student's family only.
Requests for tuition refunds must be requested in writing through the NWYO office - no e-mails please!
Symphony Orchestra
Tuition: $495 per year
Retreat: $30 (one time fee)

Delinquent Tuition Policy
NWYO will issue reminders of balances due throughout the season. If a member has not paid his or her balance in full by either the specified payment plan date or April 1, that member may lose his or her seat for the final concert in May. Members with balances due by May 15 will not be be allowed to return for one full season. If a member is unsure as to ability to pay by the required deadline, please contact the NWYO office immediately to dicuss options.
Seniors must be paid in full to participate in the final performance of the season!
Audition applicants for the following season must have their balance paid in full prior to scheduling an audition.
